- Early and ongoing reviews of architectural plans and space design with client.
- Site selection based on practice needs and spatial necessity.
- Lease negotiation with owner/broker.
- Retain design/build company for project where necessary.
- Work closely with contractor to ensure timelines, quality and budgets are met.
- Procure capital equipment. Work with design/build company to establish equipment cut sheets.
- Broker equipment for site with PINNACLE III’s national buying power.
- Facilitate final facility walk through and punch list.

| Organizational Structure Development |

- Establish Board of Managers for new system implementation.
- Guide Board of Managers in the selection of Medical Director, Medical Advisory Committee and key staff members as needed.

| Operational Systems |
|
- Assist legal counsel with bylaws.
- Hire facility manager.
- Assist facility manager in:
- Hiring and training of all professional staff
- Staffing plans and approvals
- Design and draft policies and procedures, with input from physicians, facility manager and key staff.
- Oversee protocols required by your state licensure organization and prepare staff for ACR process, where applicable.
- Facilitate accreditation by appropriate agencies.
- Procurement of necessary transfer agreements.
- Establish protocols for medication, reads, transfers and other out-sourced services.
- Guide client in selection and implementation of management information systems.
- Implement daily operational forms.
- Work with client on payor contract negotiations (if necessary) prior to starting project.
- Establish fee schedule for client review; implement into system.
- Order and stock supply inventories, (through GPO when possible); assist with entering data into system.
