| Building Design and Development |

- Early and ongoing reviews of architectural plans and space design with client.
- Work closely with contractor to ensure timelines, quality and budgets are met.
- Procure capital equipment. Work with design/build company to establish equipment cut sheets.
- Facilitate final facility walk through and punch list.

| Organizational Structure Development |

- Guide Board of Managers in the selection of Medical Director, Medical Advisory Committee and key staff
members as needed.
|
| Operational Systems |
|
|
- Preparation of comprehensive time line and budget.
- Hire facility manager.
- Assist facility manager in:
- Hiring and training of all professional staff.
- Staffing plans and approvals.
- Design and draft policies and procedures, with input from physicians, facility manager and key staff.
- Oversee protocols required by state licensure organization.
- Facilitate accreditation by appropriate agencies, State P.T. Board.
- Guide client in selection and implementation of management information systems.
- Facilitate the integration of systems between facility and group practice for resulting economic and systematic efficiency.
- Implement daily operational forms.
- Work with client on payor contract negotiations (if necessary) prior to starting project.
- Establish fee schedule for client review; implement into current practice management.
- Monthly/quarterly financial and statistical reporting.
- Key indicator reporting and management, i.e. cost reporting.
- Monitoring of scheduling efficiencies for 3 months after opening.
- Work closely with facility manager to maintain efficiencies, and compliance of systems, policies and procedures.
- Key staff hiring, education and training.
- Follow up site visit, to include establishing quarterly reporting mechanism for efficiency and financial indicators.
