| PINNACLE III has developed a program to assist groups or facilities that could benefit from additional expertise to reach higher goals. If you have an ancillary facility that should be performing at an elevated level, PINNACLE III can assist with identifying opportunities and creating efficiencies toward improved performance. The revitalization process begins with an on-site audit and analysis of your facility operations by PINNACLE III team members. They review everything from the business office practices to your clinical operations. This site visit is followed by the presentation of a detailed written report and action plan for improvement. |

“The quality of management companies differs substantially
across the board. However, a center planned and executed by
an intelligent and strong management company still has a much
greater chance at success than a physician only center or a
center planned without a management company or with a poor management
company.” Quote by Scott Becker, esquire, McGuire
