Select Management

PINNACLE III Select is a program for those ambulatory surgery centers that do not need traditional ASC management services.  Select is ideal for ASCs with a knowledgeable administrator who is focused solely on the day to day operations of your center.

The foundation of PINNACLE III Select starts with Benchmark, a comprehensive facility review encompassing over 30 key indicators that we analyze and compare to the benchmarks of other “like” centers. PINNACLE III completes this same operational review each quarter, for four consecutive quarters, to ensure that your center is continuing with the processes, procedures and benchmarks necessary to keep your surgery center positioned for success. At the end of each quarterly site review PINNACLE III’s operational and clinical experts will provide you with a comprehensive written report outlining your centers’ areas of excellence as well as those areas with opportunities for improved performance.

Upon receipt of the report you can choose to implement the plan of correction using your staff, or if you choose, PINNACLE III can provide a service contract, outlining the steps and associated costs to implement the necessary changes. All costs will be based on the scope of the work involved.
